The Role: Senior Solidity Developer
As a Senior Solidity Developer at Lista DAO, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of smart contracts for our cutting-edge DeFi protocols. This role offers the opportunity to work across various EVM chains and contribute to the evolution of a leading decentralized finance platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and development of smart contracts for DeFi protocols on BSC, ETH, and other EVM chains, and write clear design and integration documentation.
- Continuously iterate and optimize contracts related to decentralized lending, DEX, Earn, Staking, etc.
- Optimize contract gas costs and improve transaction execution and node call efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end teams to quickly iterate, deploy, and debug contracts.
- Support and participate in back-end services development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of smart contract development experience (Solidity).
- Proficient in Solidity and skilled in using development and testing frameworks such as Hardhat/Foundry.
- Rich experience in gas optimization and contract performance tuning.
- Familiar with common contract security vulnerabilities and protection measures (reentrancy, overflow, access control, etc.).
- Experience in back-end development with at least one of the following languages: Typescript, Node.js, Go, or Java.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
