About the Role
Lippincott is seeking a creative and entrepreneurial strategist to shape and grow marketing capabilities for some of the world’s most powerful brands. As an Associate Brand Marketing and Social Media Strategy professional, you will work across diverse client brands and help elevate Lippincott's own brand presence across a variety of channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in social and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and experience teams to activate brand opportunities.
- Craft creative briefs for channel-specific assets and media activation.
- Develop marketing strategies and activation roadmaps ensuring flawless execution.
- Create channel-native messaging and guide creative teams.
- Advise clients on setting, measuring, and tracking marketing success.
- Partner with media teams to plan and execute paid media strategies.
- Contribute to Lippincott’s social channels to meet broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications
Applicants should have 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, communications planning, or engagement strategy along with 3+ years of people management experience. You must be skilled at conveying complex ideas simply and influencing leadership including C-Suite executives. Experience with global integrated marketing campaigns and digital content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Rush is essential.

Expertise with Fortune 500 brands, a passion for contemporary culture (music, art, fashion, sports), and the ability to present to and influence all levels of an organization. The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is crucial.

Compensation & Benefits
The base pay for this role ranges from $130K to $150K, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits and 401K, are provided.
