About The Role: Senior HR Administration Specialist

Linklaters Global Solutions Warsaw is recruiting for a Senior HR Administration Specialist. This role operates on a hybrid model (2 days per week from the office next to Rondo ONZ) under an employment contract, with working hours from 9:00-17:15 and 11:00-19:15.

About The Team

You will be an integral part of the People function within Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS), a globally connected team dedicated to supporting the firm’s talent and culture. As a Senior HR Administration Specialist, you will ensure smooth HR operations and deliver professional HR services. The team collaborates with business and legal teams worldwide, focusing on key HR processes, data quality, and comprehensive employee lifecycle management.

As Senior HR Administration Specialist, You Will

  • Resolve HR queries and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Administer onboarding, employment changes, and exits for employees.
  • Process all contractual and employment changes accurately.
  • Coordinate and administer family leave requests in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and conduct regular audits in HR systems.
  • Support annual performance and appraisal cycles.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and provide support to colleagues during peak periods.
  • Uphold compliance with UK employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices in all activities.

  • Have 2+ years of professional experience in HR administration within a corporate or professional services environment, specifically supporting the UK market.
  • Are confident using English (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Are proficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Neocase, or similar).
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Show initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
