About The Role of HR Administration Specialist
For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the HR Administration Specialist role, focusing on the PL market.
Work Arrangements
The position is based in Warsaw following a hybrid model, requiring 2 days from the office located next to Rondo ONZ. Working hours are from 9:00-17:15. This is a 12-month contract of employment.
About The Team
You will join our local team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative support. Our team collaborates with employees, managers, and partners, covering a wide range of HR processes and queries. As a critical member of Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) People team, you will contribute to day-to-day transactional work essential for the firm's smooth running, while also providing analysis and advisory capabilities to global business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive HR documentation.
- Delivering HR administration services throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Resolving HR queries efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborating closely with the Payroll team for benefits and pre-payroll actions.
- Running reports to update the firm and external bodies with staff information.
- Implementing process improvements and actively supporting HR projects.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Polish labour law and current HR trends.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in HR administration.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Excellent skills in managing cases and queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, HR systems (preferably Workday, Macrologic), and case management systems.
- Fluency in both English and Polish.
