Marketing Manager

Linklaters Americas is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive and manage high-impact, high-quality local marketing activities across various channels. This role is crucial for engaging target audiences, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting firm and client and sector strategy. You will ensure global and regional marketing initiatives are localized appropriately, ensuring targeting, content, and execution resonate with the local market while maintaining strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage high-impact, high-quality local marketing activities across various channels.
  • Ensure global and regional marketing initiatives are localized appropriately for the local market.
  • Collaborate with dedicated Events teams to plan, organize, and execute local events to the highest standards.
  • Identify, grow, and manage local sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Analyze local market trends and client insights, using data to shape messaging and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop insightful reports and presentations, tracking key marketing performance metrics.
  • Identify and integrate emerging marketing trends to ensure the local strategy remains innovative.
  • Work seamlessly with stakeholders across the firm and across Business Teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to access tools, templates, and expertise.

  • Proven experience in marketing and events management, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong track record of executing marketing activities that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality events, from conception to execution, with a focus on client engagement.
  • Experience managing sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media and digital content.
  • Proficiency in developing reports and presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with regional/global teams.

Compensation

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $170,000 and $200,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm. The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
