The Role

As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you will be pivotal in attracting, hiring, and supporting top talent, while contributing to a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing culture at Artefact US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Resourcing & Workforce Planning: Track resourcing requests, manage internal resourcing systems, align staffing with project needs, and monitor team utilization.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design structured onboarding experiences and support smooth offboarding processes with compliance and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Training & Development Support: Track training programs, organize workshops, and connect employees with development opportunities.
  • HR Operations & Employee Support: Act as the main HR contact for day-to-day matters, manage performance appraisals, support employee benefits and relations, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
  • Talent & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to align people processes with company culture and improve employee engagement.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technology, digital, agency, or creative environment.
  • Proven recruitment experience, especially for digital marketing and/or technology roles.
  • Solid understanding of resourcing, workforce planning, and HR operations.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
