Job Overview

The Business Requirements Analyst will join the team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to support mission-critical personnel at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM). This role is responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating requirements to support IT and cybersecurity initiatives that align with DoD and Army standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document clear business needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress.
• Analyze processes and workflows for requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture mission objectives.
• Manage changes to requirements through a formalized process.
• Develop test plans and validate implemented solutions.

Qualifications

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance. A BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field is required along with five (5+) years of experience in an IT/Development environment.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience in a DoD environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $122,000. Additional benefits include paid holidays, time off, comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans, disability insurance, life insurance, referral bonuses, relocation incentive, certification reimbursement, and retirement programs.
