Your Role: German Speaking Senior O2C Specialist
As a German Speaking Senior O2C Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute O2C activities: order management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution
- Monitor and review AR aging reports, implement collection strategies, and reduce DSO
- Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, resolving escalations and negotiating payment terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, internal controls, IFRS, and tax regulations
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday)
- Exposure to global environments and multi-currency transactions
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent German (written & spoken – advanced level)
- Advanced English (C1 level)
