About the Role
Linfox is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join the team in Chullora, NSW. In this role, you will use sophisticated technology to process driver run sheets, upload PODs, and manage SharePoint, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant administrative support for major customers in retail, healthcare, government, and defence.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers and teams to meet customer and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of run sheets, PODs, and compliance records.
- Provide daily administrative support to Operations, Admin, and Support teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a transport operations environment.
- Knowledge of the transport industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing demands.
- Experience with Blue Yonder, SAP, and MS Excel is a plus.
