The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview, and process best practices.
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent.
- Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent.
- Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates.

- Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labor market conditions, and set expectations.
- Have excellent experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.

- Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
