The Opportunity

Role: As a Scheduler, your responsibilities include:

• Building detailed project schedules with full scope and milestones using critical plan methodology.
• Defining responsibilities and ownership using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
• Ensuring schedules adhere to project execution plans including contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Managing schedule baselining and periodic updates.
• Integrating project schedules for various review levels.
• Negotiating timelines and interdependencies among key partners.
• Providing regular schedule progress updates.
• Reviewing external schedules to ensure best practices.

What We Are Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have grown your planning and scheduling skills.
• Possess quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and can communicate the findings effectively.
• Have working experience using Primavera P6 for schedule building.
• Hold a degree or have comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Are detail oriented and quality focused.
• Enjoy a dynamic environment and managing your own priorities and deadlines.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.

The salary range for this role is between $84,000 and $105,000, with the final figure dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
