Fenwick-Linde is seeking a Responsable Gestion Recouvrement (Debt Collection Manager) for its Lyon agency on a permanent contract. This role is part of the regional management committee and is responsible for client debt recovery actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pilot client debt recovery actions and manage collections teams.
• Coordinate initiatives with business managers, operational teams, and internal partners to ensure effective debt collection.
• Supervise debt recovery actions and resolve client disputes.
• Analyze client risks and manage judicial proceedings.
• Track performance indicators and ensure data quality.
• Participate in management committees and report on collection performance and cash inflows.

Your Team:

Reporting to the Regional Directorate "AURA - Dauphiné Savoie", you will be supervised by the Regional Director. You will join a dynamic team and receive daily support from your network colleagues within your scope.

What We Offer:

• Salary between €45K and €47K gross annually over 12 months, depending on profile.
