Role Overview: Senior Finance & Administration Manager
This role, based in Huntingwood, NSW, oversees all commercial and financial requirements for the NSW branch. Working closely with Sales and Service departments, you will translate financial information into practical insights and act as a trusted advisor to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and financial requirements for the branch.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Managers to achieve budget targets.
- Oversee sales support to meet monthly delivery projections.
- Ensure contracts and rental agreements are created accurately and timely.
- Conduct business analysis and provide commercial recommendations.
- Manage branch assets stock take and reconciliations.
- Lead and support a team of 4 Sales coordination staff.
Qualifications & Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CA desirable).
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and understanding of business drivers.
