Linda Werner & Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager to drive partner enablement, co-marketing initiatives, executive engagement programs, and cross-functional program management across a global ecosystem of enterprise technology partners and Systems Integrators. Responsibilities
Partner Enablement
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs, training initiatives, and go-to-market strategies for strategic enterprise partners and Systems Integrators.
- Create scalable frameworks and resources that accelerate partner adoption and engagement.
Co-Marketing Programs
- Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives with global partners.
- Drive integrated campaigns, events, and partner-led marketing activities that support ecosystem growth and business objectives.
Executive Engagement
- Manage executive engagement programs with senior partner stakeholders.
- Coordinate strategic meetings, communications, and relationship-building initiatives that strengthen partner alignment.
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Partner closely with internal marketing, product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence.
Partner Ecosystem Growth
- Support the development and expansion of strategic partner relationships through marketing programs and ecosystem engagement activities.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, or enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience working with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, cloud providers, or enterprise technology partners.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience developing partner enablement, training, and go-to-market programs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
- Adaptable, resilient, and receptive to feedback in a fast-changing environment.
