Position Summary
Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team immediately. This full-time, exempt position offers excellent growth opportunities. The candidate will report directly to the Engineering Group Leader and work in an office environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor to design detailed electrical schematics and control diagrams for switchgear systems.
- Develop comprehensive electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control diagrams to support production.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure design specifications and optimize manufacturability.
- Select and specify switchgear components including circuit breakers, contactors, transformers, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Prepare detailed bills of materials (BOM) and wiring diagrams.
- Work closely with mechanical engineers and technicians to integrate electrical systems with mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
- Stay current with industry standards such as ANSI, UL, and NEC.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and conduct quality reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the electrical distribution industry and switchgear experience.
- Familiarity with major brands like Schneider, ABB, and Eaton.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of ANSI and UL standards relevant to switchgear.
Education
Bachelor or Masters Electrical Engineering Degree
