Job Overview

Linchpin Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with active DoD Secret Clearance. This role requires managing project activities including schedule, cost, risk, and critical milestones while interfacing with government and military stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and report project activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and facilitate meetings.
• Interface with various functional areas and customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and DoD policies.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

General and Specific Skillset

General skills include expertise in Microsoft Office, strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking. Specific skills include managing large and midsize projects, deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes, expertise in cybersecurity, IT, data centers, and operational planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT or related field.
• PMI Project/Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 10+ years of experience in program/project support.
• 8 years of project management experience.
• Preferred experience with Navy or USMC C4ISR programs.
