About the Role

As part of our continuous growth and commitment to excellence, Linaker introduces a brand-new role: Automation & AI Manager. This pivotal position operates in the technology department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Leadership:

  • Develop an AI and automation roadmap for operational scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation in operations.
  • Report directly to the CTO with updates on KPIs and progress.
  • Align automation strategy with executive priorities.

Delivery & Execution:

  • Manage the automation delivery lifecycle from intake to deployment.
  • Design and document current and future processes.
  • Translate business challenges into automation opportunities.
  • Deliver robust RPA solutions.
  • Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts.
  • Track and report automation KPIs to stakeholders.

Operational Automation & Infrastructure:

  • Lead implementation of AI, RPA, BPA, and workflow tools.
  • Collaborate on enterprise architecture and systems integration.
  • Ensure adherence to data management, security, and compliance standards.
  • Support citizen development via training and mentoring.

Collaboration & Delivery:

  • Partner with HR, Operations, CRT, and Finance to improve productivity.
  • Support pilots and scale successful automation initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of intelligent solutions into daily operations.
  • Measure efficiency gains, time savings, and ROI.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with workflow automation tools and concepts, including RPA and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure/AWS environments and SaaS tooling.
  • Proven experience in technical transformation and process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills.
  • Robust project management skills in agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments.
  • Sharp analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with risk, compliance, and data protection in regulated industries.
  • 5+ years’ industry experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML solution deployment and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in CRM/CAFM systems; M&E experience is a plus.
