About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Liminal, you will serve as an in-house recruiter for our Go-To-Market, Advisory, and General & Administrative functions. You will work in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment partnering with business leaders to build teams across Sales, Customer Success, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM, G&A, and Advisory roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Conduct structured interviews using behavioral and competency-based methods.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain proactive talent pipelines and advocate for candidate experience.
  • Manage ATS data integrity, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, mastery in outbound sourcing, experience in fast-paced environments, proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred experience in SaaS or high-growth technology and familiarity with digital identity are a plus.
