Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, Americas Logistics Operations and Global Trade Compliance, you will architect the Americas logistics and distribution strategy, ensuring seamless movement of vehicles, parts, batteries, and infrastructure components across the Americas. Your role is central to scaling operations, optimizing costs and lead times, and managing both forward and reverse logistics. You will also act as a trusted advisor on global trade compliance, overseeing global tariff regulations and hazardous materials shipping protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Americas Logistics Strategy: Define and lead the logistics roadmap across North America.
  • Multimodal Transportation: Manage outbound logistics across air, ocean, road, and rail.
  • Distribution Operations: Oversee operations at the Lime Spare Parts Hub in Commerce, CA.
  • 3PL & Partner Management: Negotiate contracts with global logistics providers and implement SLAs.
  • Regional Execution: Support fleet rollouts and comply with diverse city regulations.
  • Trade Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to international customs and export controls.
  • Data & Performance Management: Build visibility using TMS and analytics tools.
  • Sustainable Reverse Logistics: Scale circular operations including battery returns and parts recycling.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team across freight, compliance, and distribution.

About You

You have 10+ years of global logistics or supply chain experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Your background includes managing logistics operations in fast-paced, global environments, with deep expertise in international logistics, 3PL management, and regulatory compliance including lithium battery shipping. You are a strategic thinker with strong financial, data acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

This is a remote position for candidates residing in the United States, preferably in California, with operations centered in Commerce, CA.
