As we scale globally, we're looking for a dedicated Employee Relations Manager to support our teams in North America, ANZ, APAC, and Mexico. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive, productive work environment, fostering open communication, and maintaining global labor law compliance. This is a fully remote position based in the US and may require travel. - Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues across all organizational areas, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring legal compliance and consistent policy application.
- Advise leadership on strategies to cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, proactively addressing concerns.
- Lead internal investigations into workplace issues, ensuring compliance and legal review, and preparing necessary documentation for issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team and external counsel to monitor labor law changes, ensuring company policies are current and compliant. Provide strategic advice on legal implications and manage employee relations risks.
- Define, develop, and own key HR policies (e.g., performance management, disciplinary processes), ensuring scalability and adaptability. Design and deliver training on employee relations topics like conflict resolution and compliance for HR and managers.
- Track and manage employee relations cases, reporting on trends, outcomes, and insights to HR leadership to enhance regional practices.
- Evaluate global and regional employee relations approaches, balancing cultural nuances with consistency.
- Oversee all Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) management in the US, ANZ, APAC, and Mexico, ensuring fairness.
- Offer practical Employee Relations advice that realistically balances business needs.
About You
- Minimum 7 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor law, with global experience.
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and best practices, with the ability to manage complex, multi-country issues.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, global organization is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence behaviors and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, effectively engaging with senior leadership, business partners, and external parties.
- Experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with high confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities, providing strategic advice under pressure.
- Strong cultural awareness and adaptability to different countries and regions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to data gathering and root cause analysis.
- Possesses intellectual curiosity and brings insight to the team/business.

Compensation
The salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer. Final base salary depends on candidate location, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include discretionary annual performance bonuses and equity, subject to plan terms and eligibility.Make an Impact
