About the Role

Do you have an appetite for selling awesome products in a team of smart and driven individuals? Lime Technologies is looking for an Account Manager Trainee who is passionate about sales and business development. You will manage your own sales prospects, use our CRM system, and support customers in streamlining their operations and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in end-to-end sales process from initial contact to negotiations.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Lime products, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Utilize our CRM system to support and nurture customer relationships.
  • Participate in a comprehensive trainee program with hands-on training.

Trainee Program Details

This program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career with intense training at our HQ in Lund, Sweden followed by on-site work in your local office in Helsinki. The program starts in August and January and includes mentoring by a senior colleague, team building, and a local celebration at the end of the trainee year.
