Role Overview - Quality Control Associate

As a Quality Control Associate, you will be an essential part of the Quality Control Team. Working closely with the Fulfillment, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, your role focuses on ensuring product quality while supporting inventory management and coordinating shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect product quality with care
  • Receive and unpack shipments from warehouses
  • Maintain product inventory
  • Coordinate shipments with the Australian team
  • Assist the Fulfillment team
  • Perform administrative tasks

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 49lbs
  • Full use of hands and fingers

Schedule & Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site position. Your schedule is 4 days per week, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
