Role Overview - Senior Product Manager
You will drive product discovery, solution design, and roadmap execution in areas including payments, learning management systems, and B2B2C products. Working within a small, agile and high-performing team, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Educational Content teams while mentoring junior colleagues.
Your Impact
- Deliver product solutions aligned with the company mission and business goals.
- Identify opportunities and articulate user problems.
- Own a 6-12 month product roadmap and collaborate across teams.
- Utilize agile practices and data-backed decision making.
- Mentor team members and drive go-to-market planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage agile processes.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success.
- Guide solution discovery and validate product decisions.
- Foster collaboration with designers, engineers, and executives.
Required Experience
6+ years in product management with emphasis on payments or education industries, 4+ years in Agile development, and proven go-to-market planning experience. Bonus: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notebook LM, Pendo/UserPilot, and Metabase/SQL.
