Job Description
Team Lead, Customer Implementation**
Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Team Lead to join our Customer Implementation team in Berlin, Germany. This role is responsible for overseeing a team that deploys our products and services remotely, ensuring early customer satisfaction, trust, and product adoption.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, Implementation Coordinators, and Customer Configuration Specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
- Be accountable for the performance of the DACH team, ensuring KPIs and performance metrics are achieved.
- Monitor team performance against key indicators, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Act as a customer advocate, identifying common challenges and partnering with other departments to develop solutions.
- Work closely with department leadership on delivering the long-term vision of the team.
What You Need To Bring
The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role within B2B Customer Success or Onboarding, with a strong understanding of the customer journey and customer experience, particularly during onboarding. Experience in a SaaS/technology field is essential. Proficiency with Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero is required. Fluency in German and professional English is necessary. Industry expertise in hospitality is a plus.
