About the role
About the Role
Your mission is to put Lightspeed Hospitality on the map across France and Benelux. You won’t just be managing channels: you’ll launch our Instagram presence in France and expand our voice on LinkedIn and YouTube across the French and Benelux regions. Working closely with Content, Field, Product, PR and Regional Marketing teams, you’ll turn priorities into compelling social storytelling. As both a “story scout” and brand gatekeeper, you’ll uncover great hospitality stories while ensuring everything we publish is premium and impactful.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Content calendars: Execute the social media strategy and own the content calendars for France and Benelux (NL/BE) across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Instagram launch & channel growth: Lead the strategy and launch of our Instagram channel in France, while managing and growing our LinkedIn and YouTube presence across France and Benelux.
- Content production: Collaborate with internal teams to brief high-quality assets and be hands-on with short-form video, creating content that feels native to each platform.
- Regional storytelling: Proactively connect with Hospitality clients to uncover unique stories. Lead creative ideation and bring forward concepts that deliver authentic, scroll-stopping content.
- Brand gatekeeping: Act as the final filter for organic social in your region, ensuring everything we publish meets our premium brand and quality standards.
- Community engagement: You’ll be the voice of Lightspeed for our French and Benelux communities, answering comments and starting conversations.
- Performance monitoring: You’ll use Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to monitor performance and provide recommendations to improve our reach and growth.
- Workflow management: Use Monday.com to track timelines and Jira to manage creative deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Experience
- 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in SaaS, tech or hospitality.
- Proven track record of managing multiple platforms - specifically LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube - and you’re comfortable taking full ownership of a content calendar.
- You’ve handled the end-to-end process before: from briefing and scripting to interviewing customers, editing, and hitting "publish."
- You are a regular user of social media management and analytics tools (like Hootsuite) and are comfortable navigating Meta Business Suite.
- You have experience working cross-functionally with different teams and can manage multiple projects without losing track of the details.
