About the Role

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a talented digital Senior Product Designer - Payments to join our Financial Services team. You will create exceptional user experiences through user research, design and prototyping.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects with autonomy, facilitating design reviews and working sessions.
  • Leverage UX expertise, design systems, UI, and micro-interactions.
  • Turn nebulous concepts into useful and delightful product features.
  • Design holistic systems, flows and interfaces that are elegant and simple.
  • Utilize insights from research and data to create tangible solutions.
  • Advocate for users and build strong cross-functional relationships.

What You Need to Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of product, UX/UI design experience in-house.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong aesthetic skills to elevate visual brand identity.
  • Experience with service design, digital and physical manifestations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing the design process.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Google Suite, JIRA and prototyping tools.
  • A deep empathy for users and team goals.
  • Curiosity in product strategy and vision.
