Senior Compensation Analyst at Lightspeed Commerce
Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to plan, develop, implement, administer, and maintain compensation programs that align with our global pay philosophy and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compensation support for assigned organizational segments.
- Develop and administer competitive and compliant compensation programs.
- Advise business partners on compensation policy, market analyses, and job evaluation.
- Manage base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs.
- Prepare global annual compensation review cycles including budget calculations and reporting.
- Audit jobs/pay levels during organizational changes and acquisitions.
- Recommend process improvements and assist with grade range construction.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years global compensation experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in job design, market pricing, and compensation surveys.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a related field.
- Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation Module.
- Compensation experience in the technology industry and CCP certification.
