About the Senior Compensation Analyst Role
As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Lightspeed Commerce, you will plan, develop, implement, administer, and maintain global compensation programs that align with the company’s pay philosophy and competitive market practices.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Provide compensation support for designated organization segments.
- Develop and administer competitive and legally compliant compensation programs.
- Consult with business partners on pay policies and market analyses.
- Advise on base pay, short-term, and long-term incentives.
- Ensure internal and external pay equity.
- Collaborate on special compensation programs and incentive plans.
- Perform trend analysis, reporting, and audits of pay structures.
- Prepare the global annual compensation review cycle.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of global compensation experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and interpersonal skills.
- A background in job design, market pricing, and compensation surveys.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills
Additional assets include:
- BS/BA degree.
- Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation Module.
- Compensation experience in the technology industry.
- CCP certification.
