About the Role
Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its high-performing Lightspeed NuORDER Network team in North America. The role is essential in generating pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and booking meetings with brands interested in the wholesale network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth through strategic phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Convert inbound inquiries into qualified leads by understanding customer needs and Lightspeed NuORDER offerings.
- Represent Lightspeed at key trade shows to expand your network.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Brand Acquisition to hand off qualified leads and close partnerships.
- Manage your sales pipeline within Salesforce to meet KPIs and forecast accurately.
- Share best practices and contribute to evolving outreach strategies with the team.
- Mentor new team members as the SDR team grows.
What You Bring
- Fluent English with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven outbound sales experience including cold calling and converting leads.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve set KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com and SaaS.
- Interest in the fashion industry or willingness to learn wholesale dynamics.
