About the Role

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its high-performing Lightspeed NuORDER Network team in North America. The role is essential in generating pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and booking meetings with brands interested in the wholesale network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into qualified leads by understanding customer needs and Lightspeed NuORDER offerings.
  • Represent Lightspeed at key trade shows to expand your network.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Brand Acquisition to hand off qualified leads and close partnerships.
  • Manage your sales pipeline within Salesforce to meet KPIs and forecast accurately.
  • Share best practices and contribute to evolving outreach strategies with the team.
  • Mentor new team members as the SDR team grows.

  • Fluent English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven outbound sales experience including cold calling and converting leads.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve set KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
