Product Designer II - AI Product

About the Role

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Product Designer II - AI Product to join our AI-Powered Setup & Configuration squad in the Hospitality design team. The role focuses on building AI-powered product experiences that simplify complex workflows and create significant business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will own full design cycles for features or product areas, translate requirements into clear product features, and participate in design reviews and working sessions. You will explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies, design holistic systems and interfaces, use research and data insights to inform decisions, and work closely with engineers and product managers.

What You Need To Bring

A minimum of 4 years in in-house product, UX/UI design, or equivalent experience, backed by formal or practical design education. You should have strong visual design skills, clear communication, and a passion for leveraging AI in design. Experience in designing cross-platform experiences including mobile, desktop applications, and LLM-based interactions is highly valued.
