Overview
Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to plan, develop, implement, administer and maintain compensation programs in line with our global pay philosophy. This role supports competitive pay practices, job design, market analysis, and recommends enhancements to our compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compensation support for assigned organizational segments.
- Develop and administer competitive, legally compliant compensation programs.
- Advise managers on compensation policies, market analyses and job evaluations.
- Ensure internal and external pay equity and conduct compensation audits.
- Prepare annual global compensation review with budget calculations and testing.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of global compensation experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Strong quantitative, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Background in job design, market pricing and compensation methods.
- Fluency in English; additional qualifications like BS/BA, Workday and CCP are a plus.
