Project Managers assist with the management of eDiscovery cases by driving work through various operational departments to meet litigation project requests. This includes creating work orders for tasks associated with data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production and completing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product before it is released to clients.What will this person do?
- Maintain a good understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors and the tools used to support the industry
- Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths needed to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows
- Communicate proper expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the pod’s work request queue
- Participate in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus)
- 4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery experience
- Relativity experience required. PMP certification a plus
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Strong project management skills including the ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting. As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
