Your Key Tasks

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments.
  • Design tailored positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor behavior support plans.
  • Support families through clear communication of assessment results and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Eligible to provide supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians.
