Your Key Tasks as a BCBA - Hybrid
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring treatment plans.
- Support families through clear communication of assessment results and recommendations.
Requirements
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
