Your Key Tasks as a BCBA - Hybrid

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor behavior support plans
  • Provide supportive guidance during family conversations to explain assessments and treatment recommendations

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
