Your Key Tasks as a BCBA - Hybrid

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring treatment plans.
  • Support families through clear communication of assessment results and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
