Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary with un-capped monthly bonus opportunities (up to an additional $1300 per month). Your Key Tasks

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring behavior support plans.
• Provide supportive guidance to families regarding assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Requirements

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain one.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
