Your Key Tasks

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments
  • Design personalized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians with effective monitoring
  • Facilitate family conversations to explain assessments and treatment recommendations

Requirements

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain it
  • Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
