Your Key Tasks
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments
- Design personalized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
- Supervise and train ABA technicians with effective monitoring
- Facilitate family conversations to explain assessments and treatment recommendations
Requirements
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
