Your Key Tasks as a BCBA - Hybrid

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments
  • Design tailored positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians, model and monitor progress
  • Provide supportive family conversations to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain it
  • Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills
