Your Key Tasks as a BCBA - Hybrid
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments
- Design tailored positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, model and monitor progress
- Provide supportive family conversations to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills
