Your Key Tasks as a BCBA - Hybrid
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments.
- Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implement and monitor behavioral support plans.
- Guide family conversations to clearly explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
- 2-3 years of experience in the ABA field working with various age groups.
- Excellent expressive and receptive communication skills.
