Your Key Tasks

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments
  • Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of behavior support plans
  • Provide supportive family consultations to explain assessments and recommendations

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility for obtaining it
  • Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • Exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills
