Your Key Tasks as a BCBA - Hybrid

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skills assessments.
  • Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians, implement and monitor behavioral support plans.
  • Guide family conversations to clearly explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
  • 2-3 years of experience in the ABA field working with various age groups.
  • Excellent expressive and receptive communication skills.
