This is a full-time remote role for a Hospitality Coordinator. The Hospitality Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of travel arrangements and events, ensuring top-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing travel recommendations, coordinating event logistics, maintaining contact with clients, and supporting sales initiatives to grow the travel business.Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, handle inquiries, and provide high-quality service.
- Experience in Hospitality and Event Planning, with the ability to organize and manage travel logistics and events efficiently.
- Proficiency in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel planning tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or travel-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
