Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college diploma is an asset.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a clinical or similar environment.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, warm environment for patients.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and reception area.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payroll management.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of forms.
  • Handle expense processing, petty cash, and accounting controls.
  • Manage clinic office administration and insurance communications.
