Overview
The Director of Grants Administration plays a pivotal role in achieving LifeLong Medical Care’s mission by developing business growth and funding opportunities. This role is responsible for oversight of the grants administration process and achieving annual revenue goals through effective grant management, funder engagement, and proposal development.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Department of Grants Management & Planning team
- Oversee grants management, reporting, compliance, and funder engagement
- Develop comprehensive grant strategies and pursue new funding opportunities
- Lead grant proposal development and maintain rigorous oversight on budgets
- Collaborate with finance, program, and data analytics teams for reporting needs
- Engage stakeholders including government agencies, community partners, and funders
Qualifications
- Proven excellence in grants administration and fund development
- Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, health policy, and reimbursement
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of grant writing/management and supervisory experience
