About the Job

This role offers a competitive US-based salary range between $292,427 and $368,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, financial benefits, equity and more.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the executive team to provide operational analysis and forecasting improvements.
• Oversee a team implementing a sophisticated cloud data warehouse for financial analytics.
• Manage data architecture and ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Supervise development of advanced US GAAP and SEC compliant financial models.
• Build and scale corporate and business unit finance teams for accurate forecasting and risk management.
• Support investor relations for US and Australian markets.
• Drive strategic financial analyses for senior management decisions.
• Support corporate development including mergers, acquisitions, and financing.
• Partner with accounting during month-end close for performance analysis.
• Advise on designing complex data architecture and deliver business intelligence solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of experience with Netsuite, Adaptive, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience working for investment banks in the US and Australia.
• Proven skills in constructing complex financial models and performing M&A and financing transactions.
• Expertise with advanced Excel functionalities, PowerPoint, and ERP/data warehouse integrations.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Tableau, and integration of ERP and modeling tools.
• Experience communicating with both Australian and US investors and analysts.
• Knowledge of Australian capital regulations and US market operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, with at least seven years in a leadership finance role.
