About The Job
The Staff Technical Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional projects from inception to launch. You will work hands on with engineering, product, marketing, and design to define and execute the product roadmap. This senior role includes mentoring junior team members and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams.
- Align projects with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Manage schedules, risks, and project execution.
- Streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and guide stakeholders.
- Handle deep technical insights and problem-solving.
- Provide structured communications and KPI reporting.
Requirements
- Over 10 years experience in technical program management.
- Strong technical background with informed decision making.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to breakdown complex programs and thrive in ambiguity.
