About The Team
Our Executive Assistants work closely with executives across the company, acting as strategic partners to help maintain focus, celebrate success, and drive organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and connection.
About The Job
The Executive Assistant will provide high-touch administrative support to four Vice Presidents within the Growth and Location Experiences teams. This role involves complex calendar management, travel and expense coordination, meeting preparation, and project support in a dynamic, remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to four VPs by managing calendars and scheduling.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, and manage expenses.
- Facilitate clear communication and meeting preparations across time zones.
- Lead projects and special initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Act as a culture ambassador to foster morale and remote engagement.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, and Expensify
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
