Position Summary
As a Millwork Project Manager, you will manage millwork projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. You will provide accurate cost estimates and manage project schedules along with coordinating with designers, architects, and contractors.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee millwork projects from initial concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates based on drawings and client requests.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to align with standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones.
- Manage procurement of specialty materials ensuring timely delivery.
- Address project issues, resolve conflicts, and adjust timelines when needed.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and coordination.
- Respond to RFIs related to millwork issues and prepare revisions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong understanding of millwork materials, finishes, installation, and processes.
- Proven experience in cost estimating for millwork and custom carpentry.
- Excellent project organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications & Compensation
- Experience with high-end or custom commercial millwork projects.
- Proficiency in Procore, Fishbowl, Microsoft Excel, and CAD software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is a plus.
- Salary ranges from $85,000 to $117,000 based on experience.
